Shipping Information:

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for a Flat Fee of $8.95 USD. International orders are shipped USPS International Priority for a Flat Fee of $25.00 USD. International orders over $80.00 USD will only be shipped via USPS Express Mail at a flat rate of $55.00 USD added to the cost of the order. Priority Mail and UPS are available. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We at besteyes4u.com are committed to the satisfaction of you the customer. It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Unopened vials can be returned if our product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, please return your unopened merchandise within 14 days for a refund minus a 25% re-stock fee. After 14 days, no refunds are available.

Your credit card account will be credited for the price of the product minus a 25% re-stock fee, excluding shipping costs once your return has been processed.

If the return is due to a manufacturing error, we will send you a replacement for the item and the return shipping via UPS Ground or the equivalent cost of UPS Ground shipping will be refunded. If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item and the shipping fee will be waived.

In order to return a product to us, please send an e-mail to request a return authorization number. Please include your name and invoice number in order for us to be able process this return. Your card will be credited once we have received and processed your return. The time it takes for a credit to appear on your records depends on your credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Item(s) must be unopened with all seals still intact. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof of delivery.

A) Yes, we must verify your Rx before we can sell to you.

Q) I purchassed my lenses, but they haven't shipped yet?

A) You must provide us with your doctor's name and phone number so we can verify your Rx. Lenses will not ship without this information.

Q) How old do I have to be to purchase contacts?

A) You must be 18 years of age or have your parent or guardian make the purchase.

Q) How long after I place my order will the lenses ship?

A) In the case of stock lenses, they will ship within 24 hours after verifying your prescription.

Q) What Shipping Method do you use?

A) We use USPS First Class Mail for domestic orders flat fee of $2.95 S&H. International orders are shipped USPS First Class Air Parcel Post for a Flat Fee of $ 15.00 S&H

Q) I don't normally wear contact lenses. Can I wear these lenses?

A) Yes, as long as you see an eye care professional first and obtain a valid prescription. When you place your order, you can fax your Rx to us at (678) 264-8016 so we can verify your Rx through your eye care professional. (typically 24 hrs.)

Q) How long will contact lenses last?

A) Our lenses can last up to 1 year, depending on how often they are worn and how well you care for them.

Q) What lens solution should I use to clean my contact lenses with?

A) We suggest using "AquaRefresh" Multi-Purpose solution. www.aquarefresh.com

Q) How do I know what the measurements of my eyes are?

A) The only way to get the actual measurement of your eyes would be to have an eye exam by your eye care professional. This is always recommended before wearing any contact lenses.

Q) What if my Doctor refuses to verify my Rx for your lenses?

A) Once you place an order with us, we automatically order your lenses from our vendor. If you provide false doctor information, or your doctor does not approve our lenses, a 25% re-stock fee will apply.
